Use this durable film to create electronically cut window graphics and internally illuminated displays. Choose from Dusted Crystal from an authentic acid-etched look or Frosted Crystal for a sandblasted look. Unlike traditional glass etching and sandblasting, Scotchcal ElectroCut crystal films can be removed and updated; yet the films are designed for the long-term – with a three-year outdoor warranty.

When used with compatible products, produced by one of 3M’s Scotchprint® Graphics Authorized Manufacturers and applied according to written instructions, this film can be used to produce a Scotchprint® Graphic.

• Film series 7725 SE (Dusted and Frosted Crystal) comes in two finishes – dusted crystal simulates etched glass, and frosted crystal simulates sandblasted glass.
• Both finishes are low gloss, to eliminate glare.
• Both finishes have uniform color in both reflected and transmitted light.
• This film features 3M’s exclusive transparent, synthetic liner, making it easier than ever before to cut, register and pre-assemble graphics – and verify their quality – right in the shop.
• The synthetic liner on this film does not split when wet during wet applications or curl from humidity the way paper liners do.
• This film allows for precise cutting and fast weeding.
• The synthetic liner also resists static buildup and prevents moisture absorption, giving the film better lay-flat characteristics.

Film series 7725 SE (Dusted and Frosted Crystal):

• is a 2 mil (0.05 mm) translucent vinyl film; 3 to 4 mil (0.08 to 0.10 mm) with the adhesive
• has a clear, pressure-sensitive adhesive, which adheres quickly to a substrate
• has a transparent, synthetic liner

Film series 7725 SE (Dusted and Frosted Crystal) can be used on flat, clear surfaces such as glass, acrylic and polycarbonate. It has a minimum application temperature of 40ºF (4ºC).

Available in sheets and rolls, film series 7725 SE (Dusted and Frosted Crystal) comes in standard 24", 30", 36", 48" and 60" widths. The minimum recommended cutting height for text is 0.375 inch (9.5 mm).

This film has a shelf life of two years. It should be stored in a clean, dry area, out of direct sunlight and at a temperature less than 100ºF (38ºC).
